EM Volleyball Specific Training

EM Volleyball specific strength, agility and vertical jump classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays!
EM has been training club, high school and college volleyball since we started 10 years ago. Our Volleyball Specific Training Program gets you the biggest gains in strength, speed, agility and explosiveness. In addition we concentrate on strengthening and stabilizing the areas that help prevent career hindering injury and keep you on the court.
If you are jump challenged, or measure your vertical with a magnifying glass, call us now. If you are a good jumper, you will be surprised how far you can push yourself.
EM Trainers are former Collegiate or Professional Athletes with a background in kinesiology and certification from a National Governing Sports Performance Body.
