The ABD Spring League (ABDSL) is an Independent High School Spring League based out of Southern California endorsed and supported by Colleges & Universities.
As a league, we encourage players to go the traditional route of playing High School baseball first. The ABDSL administration does not recruit high school players to play in the league.The Independent ABDSL is a TRUE ALTERNATIVE venue for High School Teams and individual players who make the choice on their own due to: Being cut, eligibility issues, transfer issues, home schooling, red-shirting…, etc..
There will be many reasons why players and high school teams will participate in The Independent Alternative Wood Bat Spring League in 2014. Just one or two of the features below may be the reason. When you add them all up, the league becomes an outstanding TRUE ALTERNATIVE venue for High School and College Red-Shirt Freshman Baseball players who wish to play and develop in a Competitive Wood Bat Baseball League during the Spring Season.
